Localizar telemoveis(LOCALIZE A CELL PHONE)

A lot of ppl always ask "HOW CAN I LOCALIZE A CELL PHONE ?"
it's very simple

all that u need is:

- MSISDN (cell phone number)
- Create a free account on smsitaly

what you have to know

tha basic requirements are the knowledgments of cell phone communication...
A cell phone when is "on" send always some signal to his BTS (radio station)....the BTS is wired with a MSC, every city got a MSC. So we go to locate the MSC

SmsItaly got a limitaded free service for the msc lookup

so you go to smsitalya, register on it and click on MSC LOOKUP

fill all the fields required and you will be replied on your mail account with the number of the msc where the phone is located....I'm doing a database (in italy) if some one wonna help me...mail me....
